I didn't receive my Weekly Contest prize

Hello, I hope someone can help me. So, I didn't receive my Weekly Contest prize yesterday and I was in the 1st place, couple of hours before the last week's contest ended. I have already cleared all the cache and updated the app. I have also contacted the players' support and their only reply was an auto-generated response to come back here. I was at the beginning of the new streak and the new Weekly Contest recognizes it, meaning that I have now two more to complete, but I never got the prize. Thank you!

Hello again, I still didn't receive the 1st prize of the Weekly Contest, now it's been almost 2 weeks since I completed the first of streaks, I have finished the second one as well and received a prize, the third one is on the way, but the prize for the 1st place in the first streak is still missing. Any clues on that? Thank you!

hello….Im wanting to Bake in the bakery,however it always says “Bakery opening soon”……This has been non stop for the past few weeks now…
Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
