Why is the play button grey? It became grey right before I got to the last level to finish the cake.

Under Investigation: The Bake a Cake button is greyed out and I can't play - King Community

We've been informed the fix will be released with an update in April

If you want to get your cake rewards before it expires, you could provide your team code and name, maybe someone could help you, of course your team must have vacancy.

Ok, our team is Amusing Swans #303910952. We have a day & 1/2 to complete to get the 2 lollipops. If it isn’t fixed befor the game expires will you credit the 2 lollipops?

Soda Community forum doesn't handle refunds, I'm sorry. You would need to contact costumer service from Soda app to ask if a compensation is possible in this situation 🙂

The last digit is 1 not 2. You had provided a wrong team code on previous post. As the search function is not working very well at the game, so I cannot find you by name. If you could have provided an accurate team code before the cake expired, I can saved your team from the grey button issue and let your team get the rewards you deserved. It is very pity!
