I am sorry to hear this. The Studio is already aware of the problem and there is a work around; try to update the Android System Webview :
- Go to settings > apps and select Chrome application.
- Tap on Disable (this will disable the chrome browser)
- Go to Google PlayStore and search for webview
- Tap on Android System Webview in the search results.
- Tap on Update. (This will update the webview)
- To verify the webview version , Go to settings > apps > Android System Webview > version.
- Re-enable the Chrome; Go to settings > apps and select Chrome application. Tap on Enable (this will enable the chrome browser)

Glad that it worked! Progress and gold bars are transferable boosters on the other hand, are not. These are not registered on King's servers but are stored in your device's memory.
So with a new device, resetting to factory settings or uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the boosters or extra lives cannot be restored.Happy crushing! 🤗
