As this is not a one-off game, you can choose different passes to earn your favourite items.
For example, you can get only 40 Gold Bars in Big Pass, but the quantity of caps you collected can let you get 80 in Medium Pass or 55 in Small Pass.
Conclusion:
Big Pass for lollipop hammers, because only this pass has this item.
Medium Pass for gold bars, stripped lollipops and shufflers
Small Pass for super lollipops and switch hands
