is the keep being done on purpose? It seems like this is a way for you to make your game pay to play. Many of your players bring this to your attention and it is not corrected. The same problem with the same app keeps repeating. This

Makes you lose all your resources and status in the game. Therefore you are making us pay for resources this is not fair to your consumers or a good look for your games
