How do I get through the pink door?

Hi there,

What platform are you playing the game on? This issue was fixed now on May 29th, so if you update your game this should be working for you as intended.

The game version (in settings should be named Version 1.269).

If this remains after the update we'll check with the studio so that we can help you get this fixed! 😊

I have been stuck at the pink door for a month now! I did the
suggestions that was said here and ended up losing my original level and
did what was said here and got my level back but I'm still stuck at
that darn pink door! It still won't open! I just give up this game is
over for me! It was fun but now I hate it!☹️😥😭😡🤬 Now I'm back again to do what was suggested next to leave my player ID so here it is 13658235535 so I hope someone can please help me now with this to get through the door!

I am really sad now and frustrated!!! I did the logged out and back in now I have lost my 14155 level!!! It put me all the way back to 2419!!! 😥 I hate this game now all that playing and now i have lost it all!!! 😥😡🤬

Make sure that you're on the latest version of the game (check the store for updates)
Restart the game.
Log out and log back into the game.

If the problem persists, please let us know the following:

You may have to log out and log in a few times or replay a few levels to open the door.
