I was going to bake until I lost my hat, but I had to stop and run errands. When I returned a hour later, I had lost my hat and was under the dome! But, I didnβt lose a level! Why did this happen? Please rectify this and release me! Thank you.

I am sorry this happened to you π and I donβt know why this happened. Possibly a malfunction. You could contact Player Support, maybe they can help or compensate you. If there are glitches or issues they will probably know this faster than we do; we have to verify everything and on weekends there is no CM to ask.

Having worked for my 8 gold tokens, I tried to buy the bundle. Then said store unavailable try later. So I did several times assuming no transaction had gone through - 7 times @ Β£4.19 each time. Please arrange an immediate refund.
I purchased the milestone bundle $14.99 + tax it said store was unvailable so I tried again, same thing but $16.38 was taken out of my account 2 times. How do I get refunded????
I am writing on behalf of my husband who did not receive the gold he bought this afternoon but hasn't received it even though he tried 3 times to buy. The purchases totalled $44.85, two at $19.45 plus one @ $5.95. The Shop said that it was not available at the time and to try again later which he did another two times butβ¦

I tried twice to buy gold, and both times I received a message saying the transaction didnβt go through. However, my credit card was charged twice for $148.31 CAD. So 148$ X 2 = 296$. I want to receive the gold I purchased or get my money refunded.
