I am unfortunately in the same boat. I have tried everything to get back online without success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice along with all of the other tips.

I am having the same problem this morning. i was on day 649 and now back to day 1 so i have to play 7 days to get my 30 minutes free lives.

Bei mir heute die selben Probleme, komme einfach nicht ins Spiel. Nach den ganzen Problemen der letzten Wochen, Soda Rennen Flaschen nicht gezählt, so das ich es nicht ins Finale geschafft habe, Bei Schatzsuche die Fledermaus nicht bekommen. Ich glaube es ist an der Zeit nicht mehr zu spielen, da erspart man sich Ärger und Geld.

Same here, the problems started this morning, can't access the game, the screen says I'm offline. Checked for updated, cleared caches, did everything I was supposed to. Upon contacting the Player Support, I got a generated reply to head back here?!

I feel for you all. This is no joke, whoever is in charge at the studio needs to get their act together,so many unhappy frustrated players

I wonder if the extreme heat may have put the server down? Looks like this is affecting a great # of ppl. Online ppl are saying C.C. is down.

I have the same thought before, but server is usually stored in an air-conditioning room
