Hi @DanishWolf Thank you for reaching out. Our Community Manager has confirmed that the game is a bit unstable at the moment and that some players are affected more often. He is currently in the process of clarifying this with the studio. I really hope that they can get solved soon.

If you experienced the connection issue in the game, it should now be fixed! Please follow these instructions:
- Restart your device and game
- If you're having continued problems, make sure to log out and log back in again
This should make you get back on track with the game again! If you still don't get everything back up and running, please wait a little as it might take some time before everything is fully back online again. but we're getting there very soon. Thanks everyone for you patience with this one!

My game is working again, but I lost my Battula ball, because I couldn't play in time, and game keeps frequently crashing. I have restarted the game some times, haven't helped much. I so far lost 20 Gold bars on crashing games, next to having to play lower level of Battula Ball 😔 Will contact customer service.
