Why do ads freeze.

I hate it when an ad freezes and will not let me continue. Also , I hate Hate, HATE it when this occurs on the last of three ads in the Bake a Cake section, not allowing me to use the boosters I’ve already earned but putting me in bakery jail. It happened today during a Viper truck tools ad.

Restart the Game: sometimes, restarting the game can clear any temporary glitches.
Updates: ensure your game is updated to the latest version.Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
