Glitch making me start over again and again

so now this makes 3 x in the last few weeks the game makes me start over and lose my consecutive days of play… the first time it was 320 some days of play and it forced me to start over then again a week later now it’s been 15 days and again it says I have to start over or pay gold I’ve used to continue these last few times and done have any left! There’s some glitch making this happen and I am sick of losing all my progress from a glitch!

you know, the glitch is probably from your device. make sure you have lots of free memory (at least 2GB) and undated your software.

I am sorry about your Daily Bonus 😕 @BDixon There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Another reason could be that if you play on multiple devices the game could be disrupted (I had the same experience).
