How can I get them back?

    Hello again! It sounds like your 2 accounts have been merged 🤔 Or could it be that you already saved your game using your Facebook account (different avatar and your name)?

    I am sorry to hear that. Do you mean you linked your game and community account? Did you use the same email address? Find out more here: Link your King and Community accounts

    Please try the following to get your boosters back:

    Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

    Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

    Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly. 

    Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

    Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    ————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

    Hi,


    I’ve done all that and nothing has changed. I started playing about a month ago and my name was king3570 in game but it asked me to link my account so I didn’t lose my data. I did this and I must of previously had an account as it loaded a different profile picture in with my name - Tracy. My gold bars were still there, I had around 180 but all my lollipops have gone. I had 2 of the special all colour ones and around 15/20 of the single use and up/down ones but quite a few of the other help things. Now I have no all colour ones and only 2 each of the rest. Also my team has changed on the cake game my old name is still there is top position but I’m bottom with zero layers. I spent money getting these boosters and levels so would like them returned.
