You could try turning your device in landscape which will hopefully make the game easier to play.1 -

OMG I did turn it sideways and it works! a little unconventional and difficult to play this way but for the short time being it works

Simply turn your device a quarter turn

This small game is on iPad 10 and hard to see for older eyes. Get rid of the drop downs during the game and bring it up to size.
