Where's the leaderboard on my game?

Here's my situation: I see no competition on the right side of my screen, AND there is no final level where you would earn gold bars if you place. I've tried reaching out to King but they keep telling me to go to the Community or the FAQs for solutions. I've done all that, multiple times. I've been playing this game for years.... currently playing level 7042. I use an android phone that I play on every single day.

Any help is appreciated!

Sorry to hear you have this problem with an add. Please try the following:

Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates

Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data

Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

I am having the same issue!! It started this week and I have tried restarting etc and nothing seems to work
