I was having loading issues and had to delete the app and reinstall once I reinstalled all my stuff that I had earned was gone, including things I paid for, but yet I am still at the level I should be on, so what happened to my stuff?
Hi @Lucylynn8 I am very sorry to hear that you had to delete Soda app ๐. As boosters are items saved directly onto your device's memory, so that you can use them offline, reinstalling the game will unfortunately delete all of these items. If you lose any boosters that you have purchased please reach out to our Customer Care team using the 'Contact us' option directly from your device (this way support will have all the details needed to help). All you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
-ย ย Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
๐ค Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
๐ iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

On 12/21/25, In the Candy Crush, Soda Saga, Bake A Cake, Team Pineapple reached 825 pts. Mikey did not receive the prize. Can someone please issue the prize?
Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?โฆ
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadnโt played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadnโt played the day before.
