Where are my bonuses

I've been playing CandyCrushSoda on my Kindle Fire for years and years.

I had to return my kindle to factory settings. I've started to try and play the game again but ALL of my bonuses and I've gone back to level 35…..I was on level 4000+, can you help and possibly quickly?

I am sorry to hear you had to return your device to factory setting 😕 As a result, your Boosters Extra Lives, and Extra Moves have been deleted as they are not saved on King’s servers; they are saved locally on the device in which you received them.

Bonjour, je n’ai plus jamais de récompense et les évènements spéciaux non plus, je ne peux plus faire le gâteau, ça m’indique : bientôt disponible mais ça fait presque 1 an que je n’ai rien.
