The sounds need to be fixed


I’m very disappointed that every time I play, it immediately lost my sound for unknown reason. I didn’t change anything and doing some possible fixing steps can’t resolve it. However when I wear the airpods headphones, its okay.

Have you tried to force close the game, clear the cache and log back in? (This can sometimes help to resolve 'malfunctions')
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Hi there, could you give us a few more details regarding this issue?
- Does this happen with any other apps or games besides Soda?
- What type of device are you playing on? (iPad/iPhone)
- What is your Player ID?
Also, if you can make sure to include what version of Soda you're playing on it would also be helpful!

If you have any other details, like if the sounds stop playing at a specific moment in the game - that would be super helpful as well for us to understand the problem more!

I haven't heard back from the studio yet, it seems to be a very unusual issue that we haven't seen or heard of before. It might be that reinstalling the game is the only way to check if this removes the problem - however, if you do that you will lose the boosters unfortunately - and it's super important that you have an account so that you don't lose your progress as well.

okay thanks I will try it, if it doesn’t solved I will ask it again, possible this problem may be from the phone instead, due to system audio programming
