candy crush soda wont connect to fb
hello! ive been trying to log into my account for the past like two weeks now and it keeps saying wrong email and pw combination every time and ive tried redownloading both candy crush and fb, ive tried all the hacks i could find here as well and nothing works. its like my account disappeared and im not too sure how or why, i even tried to log into the game with the same email used for my fb and it made me create a new accout (this one) im so confused can someone help? i was at lvl 700 or something :(

How did you save your game? Did you do this with a King account (email + password) or did you do this with a Facebook account? Like @pummyraj said, Community account is not the same as your game account. I found in Help Center an article, that may be the same as you are experiencing:

hello! I tried using both my iPhone and iPad . My account was made by linking my Facebook and when I tried to log into my king’s account (which I had made w the same email as my fb) it just asked me to make a new account instead of connecting like other ppl have said worked.

Okay, so you were trying to sync both accounts 🙂 Did you follow these steps:
- First log out of your Facebook account in the game.
- If you don’t already have a King account, just tap Settings → King (the orange button) → Sign up with email.
- Once you’ve signed up, log in with your new King account, and your progress should sync automatically!

Hello, i cant log into the game with my fb at all therefore I cannot log out. Like I said before, I tried to make an account with the same contact info as my fb and it didn’t sync, it just made me restart as a fresh account. I tried logging onto the game in fb itself like on ana computer and it works but I want to be able to play on my phone too.
