Pensgame

I had to delete and reinstall my game andIi lost all my progress! I was at level 15190 and then a pink door appeared and I could not get past it. And I purchased the Halloween special for $69.99 on 11-1-24 and never received my 36 hrs of boosters. sent 3 emails and no reply :(
