Click on the Teams symbol on the main screen
Click on Chat
Click on Ask for Lives (Ask and a red heart) at the bottom

Did you check latest version of your game and device software update?
Please Try following steps hope it works
Clear cache of your game and try to free 2 gb device storage logout device, switch off atleast 2 mins login, play any old level
If don't work following steps please mail player support area contact us mention your game I'd and subtopic event
