Hi. Every time I log in to the game I am shown training flying mouse chests. And the chest starts all over again.There's an empty space in the stock instead of a bat.

I'm writing again. I have already written to tech support twice through the game. I get a standard letter to the mail. But there is no answer to my reply with an explanation of the problems. 10 days. When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
