My candy crush is getting worse. Why do l don't get adds to help me win the level?

The worse part l can't even get the lives from my team. I've been updating but still there's no change. There's a message which says l should join a team to get more lives. But l am in the team which l participate. Please fix it. I need add every after level to help me win just like other people

Regarding the error with requesting lives from team members, the Studio is currently investigating what causes this. Until this is solved, you can request Lives from your team by entering the Teams Chat:
Tap on the Teams symbol on the main screen
Tap on Chat
Tap on Ask for Lives (Ask and a red heart) at the bottom
Regarding ads, the ads feature is part of a test group. This means that some players will see ads and some players won't. We have no influence on this; groups of players who will or won't see ads can be changed by the Game Studio. I understand that it sounds unfair 😕, I've never had ads in my game either. Players are advised to make sure the game is always up to date as ads feature might become available.
