Just click on what you want to buy and then it will say it's actually like you make a purchase but you're not you're using your both bars I wish I could show you I don't know how I'm new to this but it took me a while to figure it out whatever it is you're wanting to use your gold on you hit it and then it will tell you how many bars I hit it again and it will subtract the amount of bars from whatever it is that you're purchasing me I hope that helps

Welcome to Soda Community @Dssantos Sorry to hear you’re having problems to purchase 😕 Please check the following steps:
- Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
- Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data, and make sure you have a stable connection
- Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
- ————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
- Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
- Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
