Trying to set up account with my email, but nothing has been working

I started playing soda crush on my boyfriend tablet and l set up account calling myself Maggie May with a password x77*Buddy16#, but I was never ask for my email. Now I have a I Pad, so I thought I would try to play Soda Crush on my new I Pad but I try to login since I have reach over5,000 levels on his tablet but on my new device I had to start on level 1, and I try login and I was told that was already use, so I still have not set up email or password. What do I do now to set up account with email, my username?

You can transfer your progress and gold bars to a new device! Please visit the Help Center article New phone or tablet (click the green words 😉) how to move your progress!
