Hi there and I'm sorry to hear that, please try the following steps first:
Steps to resolve a missing item purchase:- Restart your game and pass a few levels.
- Check your inventory for the purchased item.
If the item is still missing:- Open your Google Play purchase history. You can also locate receipts in the Google Play Payment Centre: scroll down to ‘Find your Receipt and Order Number’.
- Look for a purchase needing cancellation or authorization.
- Cancel any pending purchase.
- Restart your game.
If it doesn't help, please try to contact support through the game with the screenshots you provided here and you should be able to get some help with this! Otherwise, if you post your Player ID here I can see what I can do!
