Hi there, it sounds like your games are perhaps desynced - please try the following:

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
• Clear Cache:
  • 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

I would also just try logging out and back in on your account on the tablet to see if that solves it as well.
