Can you help?

Candy Crush Soda level 1221 when the bomb in the upper left corner explodes it will not spread purple color to other squares so i can't get past that level. I uninstalled then reinstalled but that didn't work either. Can you help?

I’m sorry to hear you had to reinstall the game. Have you checked for game updates? Current version is 1.283. Please try to double tap the colorbomb. It’s a new function of the boosters.
