Why can’t I play bake the cake game?

it’s been months and I still can’t help bake the cake.

Could you please try to follow the steps below? Here are the steps:

• Restart your game and device, log out from your account and log back ic
• Check if there are any updates for your game and device
• Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache

Also, if possible, please send us a screenshot of your Bake a Cake event.
