Another Attempt – Restoring Levels > Contant doesn't work

As I mentioned in my previous post →
I contacted support via email to restore my lost levels after my Facebook and King accounts failed to merge properly.
I followed the instructions exactly and sent my details to support. Unfortunately, I only received an automated response from the bot "Anna," telling me to reply via email if I wanted my levels restored. I did that, but my request was automatically closed without a proper response or any actual help. Now, I’m only prompted to rate my customer service experience.
Does anyone know how I can actually reach someone who can help? Is there an alternative way to get help regain my levels?

My previous experience is:
after you receive an automatic reply letter, if you write to inquire again, it will take about 3 days for a real person to contact you.
Please continue to try to contact customer service.
