I just made a 5.00 purchase Did Not Receive My GOLD.…Why...and made lose my level with rewards IF I DO NOT RECEIVE IT AS WELL AS MY LEVE AND REWARDS...I WILL POST IT ALL OVER FACEBOOK AND I WILL GET A LAWYER.

    I just bought a package for 5.99 to get 30 gold and some boosters. I got the boosters but it didn't give me but 17 gold. This is the second time that I've been messed up buying packages. I need help from Candy crush

    Please try following steps

    What you can do is log out of your game, restart your device and log in to the game. If the gold bars still have not arrived, please contact Player Support area mention your game I'd and subtopic purchase and gold bars, also mention your purchase receipt here

    Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information.

    If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

    Open the game app - tap on the blue gear

    Tap on the ? mark,Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars

    Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

    Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
