Why do I only get a few levels each week? I cannot win anything because of this. Also most of my Activities don’t show up today.

Please check that you have the latest update for your game and device.

Make sure that you have normal internet connection. Logout device, clear cache of your game switch off atleast 2 mins switch on login, play any level, if don't work first time repeat 3 to 5 times

You can also check if you have enough free space. You'll need at least 2 GB.
