As you collect a certain number of Wonderballs, you progress to a new tier with better rewards.
Make sure you're actively participating in the Treasure Hunt event and haven't missed any steps.
If you don't reach the designated level with the Wonderball before the time limit, you won't get the reward.
You might need to collect a certain amount of Wonderballs to unlock the next reward tier
