To start Candy Crush Soda Saga over, you'll need to either delete your existing account or create a new one with a different email address. Deleting your account requires contacting King Customer Support. Creating a new account with a different email allows you to start a fresh game from level 1. Here's a more detailed explanation Deleting Your Account: Log in to your King.com account (if applicable). Contact King Customer Support. Request account deletion. Provide the necessary information in the form, including your first name, email, game, platform, and topic (privacy).
Creating a New Account: Install the Candy Crush Soda Saga app on your device if you haven't already. Open the app. When prompted to log in or create a new account, choose to create a new account. Use a different email address than the one associated with your current account. Follow the prompts to create a new account and start playing from level 1.
Transferring Progress (If Applicable): If you want to move your progress to a new device, you'll need to link your account to Facebook or another supported platform. Follow the instructions in the app to transfer your progress to the new device.
If you reset your progress with same account but there may be problem in some feature not available

I lost my progress when transfering to a new device using the facebook method. I was on lvl18000 on my old device, i logged into facebook then checked facebook and saw it had connected. For the first time ever, since its inception, I do not have the bakery. (Did all the tricks) And now the yeti race just kicked me out, even though I've advanced every level. King really doesn't want me to play anymore lol😄😆
