(✅ Solved) I didn't get my Daily Reward!

Hey there everyone,

Currently some of you may be receiving x1 fish booster in your inventory instead of the 30 minutes infinite fish booster. We understand that you may be used to the 30 minutes infinite fish booster which made for some confusing communication.

The game studio apologizes for any confusion that this has brought and will look to improve how this is communicated in the game moving forward.

So when playing from now on, please make sure to check what reward you receive in the game, and check what type of booster you have available before starting a level.

We also wanted to thank you for leaving your feedback here and sharing your thoughts on the rewards in the game, as it helps the studio make better decisions. 🙏

Hey there, this looks like the iPad issue - the studio is working on this and the fix will be including in an upcoming version of the game.

I don’t understand why we went from getting a daily reward of 2 hours to 1 item or 1 with 30 minutes. Why do you all keep taking things away from this game? Kimmy’s Arcade is gone and the rewards all changed in the contests to barely anything. I don’t know who took over, but losing doesn’t make people spend money. Winning does.

Still not getting daily bonus, only getting the 30 min free lives. It also said I missed a day and started me back on day 1 when I didn't miss a day. Fully updated Pixel 7 with Android version 15 and updated app. It's been going on for weeks, why isn't there a fix?

Hey there what platform are you playing on? I think it's good if you check for updates and make sure that you have 2GB of space on your device as well. Also good to check if your device itself needs updates.

This sounds a bit extreme to have issues with all of the events, have you followed the regular steps of troubleshooting to see if you might have an old version of Samsung or the game? Here's the list:

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

The game keeps freezing in some areas. Im not getting my daily reward, it's stopped counting the number of games I'm winning for the weekly reward, the board where we pick a square has also stopped working. Im not sure where to find my player ID to provide it, but I'm playing on a Samsung s23 ultra, and I dint know what the OS is. If someone can help I can provide these things.

Game ID 1002894931. Samsung S24 Ultra. Android V15. Sorry, I don't know weekday game version. I am still getting the daily booster showing up but only 30min of life and colour bombs, when it is the fish day, the daily booster shows, but doesn't activate
