⚙️ Issue: Store Not Loading - "Contacting"
Dear Players,
We're aware of an issue that occurs when trying to use the in-game store, where most of you see a message saying "Contacting" instead of the usual "Purchase/Buy", in addition to the store not loading properly. This means you're unable to make purchases, which leads to other issues.

I'm having the same problem. Because I couldn't purchase I lost a day and my streak. How do I fix it?

I have 890 day streak. I missed one day and this issue came up, two days now. I will not start over my streak as this is 2 years and 5 months of continued streak. I just exit and come back later until the store gets fixed so I can continue my streak. I would advise your streak players to do the same. Hopefully it gets fixed soon as I am now having withdrawals from not playing.

Same issue and it has been happening for months. 890 day streak and can’t play for days and weeks because can’t make purchases. How long is this going to take to investigate and fix???

Am l going to be able to be on the same level? Before all this happened? I haven’t played for 5 days now, I understand there’s a reason for this, but having to start over, wouldn’t be fair or right at all. Thanks

I too had the same issue. Lost everything ...gutted as I too had high streak from consecutive playing.

Hi, good morning, but i already had an issue yesterday buying extra moves, 3 times, and i never recieved my extra moves? 1.99 euros 3 times and never got my extra moves? Thanks good day.

How is it that in 2025 an issue like this is STILL ongoing weeks after it started? Surely there must be some news regarding any update/fix? I’ve been playing this game since its inception & think I have reached the end of the line as it’s impossible to play without buying boosters
