⚙️ Issue: Store Not Loading - "Contacting"

Dear Players,

We're aware of an issue that occurs when trying to use the in-game store, where most of you see a message saying "Contacting" instead of the usual "Purchase/Buy", in addition to the store not loading properly. This means you're unable to make purchases, which leads to other issues.

Our team's currently investigating and trying to fix the situation. In the meantime, we ask and thank you for your patience in advance.

This should now be fixed

Please check you have no pending updates and a strong Internet connection wi fi is better

You need to have at least 2gig of free memory

Log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this helps 💓

I am having the same problem. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last few weeks. I’m not starting over. If it doesn’t start working soon I’m going to delete and find something else to play

again how long does it take to fix the issue? I can not play without the game working properly. No rewards, spending $ and getting nothing but hard levels to every one or two games.. i am ready to take my game out of play until i hear from someone!

Hey there, what version of the game are you on? The developers were able to fix parts of this in the latest version which was at the end of last week - but it's very valuable to know if the problem remains.

For anyone else that still has the issue - please make sure to update the game to the latest version, and if it still remains please let us know the following:

Your Player ID
What platform you play on (ex: Android/iOS)
If possible, what device you play on as well

The message for the error is not saying “contacting” it reads “something went wrong on our end. Waiting a bit might help”

I can not make purchases and I lost my winning streak. I saw that this issue was reported on the 1st and it’s still not fixed? I don’t understand how this is still an issue not in 2025?

Can't make purchases just says contacting. I missed a day and was going to pay to keep my streak. Finally gave in and started over and guess what, it all of a sudden works. Guess customer service or satisfaction doesn't matter.

When is this issue going to be resolved? At the very least, we should be rewarded for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Well, I do understand that there could occur problems and bugs in a game, but surely I will not loose my trying to pay now and be forced to start from the beginning since I not was able to play yesterday? It's just 20 minutes before 24.00 and then I will fall back to the beginning......please help us.

This means I have now gone from a 750+ day streak back to 1! Not good enough! You expect us to play and spend money but dont provide support. I have been emailing for 3 days about this with no valuable response!

It says contacting and then when I click on contacting it, says my transaction cannot be completed but I buy boosters on the regular Candy Crush and it works perfectly. Then also have another issue. A few months ago, I was around level 160 something, and I got the same error message and it wouldn't go away so I download it and delete it and download it another copy from Candy Crush so that and I lost my my place. I don't want to do this again because I'm having to start over because I can't contact the store. Please help me save my game and if you can, and if you can, please get me back to my previous level for my boosters I could be at level 2000 by now, because I was buying boosters but now I can't.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!

Can you please tell me which device you are using? I was not able to figure it out from the screenshots!

Are you experiencing the issue only with the Store? Are all other aspects of the game are working fine?

And, yes! I too would not recommend deleing and reinstalling the App, as you will lose all your saved boosters along with stored lives - which are not reimbursed by King😕

This is a known issue. Most of you see a message saying "Contacting" instead of the usual "Purchase/Buy", in addition to the store not loading properly. In the meantime, you should not purchase them to avoid errors that lead to failed transactions.

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
