As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Clearing cache doesn’t work or at least it didn’t work for me and I’ve seen quite a few other people saying it didn’t work for them either

I must say the fun of the game flies away 😔. I am at the end of the levels (again) and in the past I could play BGH until the new levels were released. Now I log in for my Daily Bonus, try some Archery and that’s it. What is there to be control if I don’t have BGH? I don’t get that 🙁

The issue that prevented some players from getting their rewards has been solved- it should be fine now However, the Studio mentioned there can be a short delay in giving them out. Can you please confirm if your BGH rewards arrived a bit later, @nanpalousa, @Recey ?
And for the rest, please excuse me if I haven't replied to you in the last days- we have no update on the test groups I'm afraid- I'll tell you more as soon as I get more information.
For players who don't have BGH, the BGH feature is at the studio being fix. It is at the testing stage. Any day now! 😂🤣😂
Played from level 1, after 10th, got bgh, not much use as the rewards dont transfer to my level...I hope they return it to us regular players on our levels soon🤞

I don't know of any "testing" that give new players the feature and not players who had played it before. Most of players who don't have BGH now never had any glitches with the BGH. We should have it by now in the name of "testing". I think there is something the studio is not telling us (CM included in us) . I know we are all players here. But the studio is not treating us the same. Why? Stop with "testing" excuse. I'm tired of it.
As my friend @aijaziqbal told you BTH is in the test group so we can't say for sure that you will always find this event in your game. Keep the game app updated and keep playing, I hope you find this event in your game very soon.

@nanpalousa , if you play the Bubblegum Hill on level 1, it means you're disconnected from your account and playing on a new one, so the rewards will appear on that second account I'm afraid. 😅

Same as in the last two weeks - got BGH for about 15 minutes, was able to win it twice, then is was gone again. When first shows up, says 3 hours left - so I should have had the BGH two days before that, but didn't. It's really annoying by now.

I have been playing at maximum game levels for a long time.
