I left the game several years ago, and recently i tried to play again, but it stucks on a screen, unable to do anything. I use Windows 10, with Google Chrome (Facebook). Not able to play. What can I do? can it be restarted or something?

Maybe something wrong with your account. Log out and see if you can play from level 1. If you able to then play a few levels and then try to link to Facebook. Just a thought and something to try. Good Luck.
Yes. I tried Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Tried clearing cache several times and also rebooted my PC. I got the same problem in both browsers, but there is music in Edge and silence in Chrome. None of both browsers allows me to clic or do anything

I opened a new incognito window. It didn't solve anything. I got exactly the same stuck screen . I also cleaned any cache and rebooted my pc. Still Soda doesn't work. I play CC Classic with no problem.

Hi marcuxx please try to contact player support from your game as some other players are also reporting it.
There another test you can do yourself. Can you please open an incognito tab and try to play from there?
I switched to Microsoft Edge. Same problem. The music is playing. I am just unable to click or do anything. Thanks in advance
