I paid for a package that was supposed to include 20 gold bars and never received them. What happened? I got everything else but not the gold...which was the only reason i bought it.

That is a good idea! @123csalman maybe try to get a refund through your payment account...google play or iTunes.
I have decided not to make any purchase anymore after paying and didn’t get the gold bars and boosters , I had reported to the support team, I got an email to ask me to do so many steps just to prove that I had paid for etc, I am a computer illiterate, those steps are just too complicated for me to follow, I asked for a refund from iTunes , and got my money back without having to go through so many steps.
