I’ve been playing candy crush saga for years now and was on at least level 2000 something can’t remember what but just joined a new episode race on Saturday. I’ve come to play yesterday and I’m back at level 1 .... why have I lost it all..?

Yet again I didn't get my bonus after being on podium for 3 weeks in a row. I have a picture from yesterday when the clock was at 0 time left and it shows me on podium and having the prior 2 weeks podium finishes lit...please fix this
