According to the information we have received, the problem has already been solved. After completing 5 levels your reward will be credited to your inventory, so please check there first.
If your reward isn't there, check your game app update.
If you missed the prize despite everything being normal, you'll need to contact our player support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email.

I agree with bothe Diamond lim and ipete. Please update your game application, Restart your device and login again and if you still dont find your rewards. You must have to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. As they have your all game data i am sure they will take a positive action in your favour.

I think this is an on going problem with BGH. Log out and log in to see if the rewards appear. If not then you have to contact player support from your game app. Good Luck!

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page, then you should ask this problem and send your Game ID (How to find your Game User ID on Facebook check here. On mobile or in the Windows app, check this page instead) to Community Team that I hope they can help but it's taken longer. 😊
By the way, their team is still testing this new event that's means it's still not complete to be fixed to everyone mostly.
