I am deleting my game, with the new update I lost all of my boosters and all of my 36 smashers. When the Hill is back up and running and I get all my extras back please notify.

⚠️ Also please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall any King's Game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

Another good question! No one here knows when we see BGH back. We are in a so called control group. The studio claims to be testing the feature still.🙄 I also really want it back.

When we uninstall the game or change the device, Or gane crashed our all boosters and lives will be disappeared from game because its saved on your own storage not online anywhere.
If you have any purchased boosters please contact support area from your game directly.

Both of my Android phones show “Bakery – Starting Soon” in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?
