As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Sorry to say, lola pop, I have been playing other games like in Playrix, and never did they remove a reward game without replacing it with something similar.

The game is simple. First comes a training camp, there you can practice. If you have enough points in training camp, you go to the Champions League. There you play against other players and must have a certain score the fastest. Winnings can be used to improve your score.
Really very cute, even if you don't always win. The studio also wants to earn something. I don't pay anything anyway.
I don't play Jelly saga so don't know how the Royal Championship works @DieOmimi but this sounds fun! I am happy u got this instead of BGH minus the glitches BGH had with some players of lately!
@Marriam1 I don't know why I have this mini-game, it's very cute. We play against other players, a bit like the Royal Championship in Jelly Saga.
When you're trying it out, it's really fun.
Maybe I'm in a test group because I complained (about the app with the tech team). I don't know why. When I complained, I provided my ID and wrote that I don't want a default response because I can read it myself in the community.

in the meantime I no longer miss BGH. There's a mini-game now, which is a lot more fun for me. It's called "bear brawl" or something like that and is totally cute. There are no lolllis, but there are other good things. I've even won 20 gold bars, some barter hands and striped lollis.
Above all, it's great fun.
And for me, there's finally something to play for. I'm back at the end of the game and now I don't just have to open the game and get a time bonus that expires because I don't need it.
The Time Bonus is still forfeited because it cannot be used in the mini-game. It has its own rules. But I have something to play and not only do: play on, get bonus, play too.
I used to have BGH to play, now it's just another mini-game. And I'm not bored after work.
If possible, say a big thank you to the technical team. I think she wants to hear something good. And they've created something great with the new mini-game.

We don't have any news at the moment. However, please bear in mind those A/B tests are not only present in our games; nowadays, most marketing oriented companies use them to make their products, services and games better.
You can google A/B testing and find out more if you wish. 😊
Hello again, if you have no concrete answers for bgh being reinstated, or something like it, I for one am deleting all king games, Playrix adds new features to their games, and keeps the old ones without "trials for a select group ".

i saw on other thread that there are timetables on these tests. But they won't share with us. It's top secret. We all know why. If you don't know...it means that if you don't have the feature by now, you never will. I don't understand why they would do this to their players. They must have diff standards.
There is something happening soon. All the sadness, all the rain, all the flooding. Let's wait and see what's coming before moving on.

I haven't had the chewing gum mound since March and I don't think it's ever back in my game. Maybe he died of COVID-19, who knows.
But I find it funny that I now have other mini-games after complaining to the tech team and only getting a standard answer. Seriously, they wanted a review from me, which of course was not very friendly of mine.
Long speech, short sense. I get the message when I'm in a mini-game, it's called "Bear's Rage," "You've been dethroned, get the throne back". LOL
I read this and had to laugh for a very long time. That was the saying of the chewing gum hill. I don't have him in my game.
I think I'm just looking in here occasionally now and playing the mini-games that are there. They're fun, but not like the chewing gum mound.
I am giving them a chance until tomorrow, Sunday, if no bgh or anything like it, I am done with King games😕

Don't know about the rest of you, but no more bgh means no more from king games for me. We are treated unfairly and like they dont care about what the regulars want, so if no bgh this weekend, I, for one, am going to playrix games.
I know what you mean, I am on level 5530, I can’t progress as there is no more available level for me to play. Without BGH, there is nothing I can do here but wait. That is why having the daily quests, Mr. Toffee’s Fair ( hate it ) and BGH can get me going, otherwise, there isn’t anything I can play here. .
