@chartman Hi, only thing i could suggest now is to contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page and they will need to look into your problem.
You will need your game ID if doing it through the contact us below, it is quicker if you do it through your game

Done that, got no where.... It's no big deal, just a tad irritating.
@chartman Hi as said its a strange one . Your game is okay on other devices so strange why this will not sync correctly as you have done all the troubleshooting tips
Even more bizarre.... If I play Candy Saga and Candy Jelly, then play Saga, it synchs properly to the game number!
