Hello @jtwilburn and a very warm welcome to our Sodalicious community. You are correct - when you click on the green claim for the tasks you have already completed, they should add to your overall total - so you should have a total of 45 points of the 100 you need to get. If that isn't working, hopefully by following the advice @Marriam1 offered above. Also make sure you have the latest update to the game. I noticed a new update was released recently.
Hopefully this will fix the problem and let your event work properly.

Waking up, so blood not reaching brain yet. Yes, to advance to "Next Level" you need 100 points at first. Or to do "ALL" 3 quests.
However, @jtwilburn you do have a problem, because if you cannot claim the individual points on these claims, then you cannot advance to the next level. So your app might be stuck, you have 2 "Tap to claim!" in your screenshot. Each "Tap to claim!" gives points. Because when I played it, got my points when I tapped. But, I did not have 2 of them, clicked on each one I did at that time, individually. If you followed the troubleshooting tips given above by the players, & that didn't work, then you need to contact "Support".
You say: "I play games on my Samsung tablet but I email on my phone."
That is also helpful. Be sure you are using the "Same" email address you use in the game, with your device. Be sure to "Sync" accounts up.

Or you can contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select what you want done and they will be able to give you a solution!
Be sure to answer the automated response you get. I would say "Support" is backlogged now because of the virus. So expect "Delays".

Back to the point, did you try restarting your device and check if you could claim it??
My husband is also playing this and he is able to click that green link and it adds to his grand total at the top.

Our Superstar @Sukanta_Biswas is right: you have to complete all the quests to get to the next level 😊. You will be able to collect your rewards when the week finishes, and it will depend on how many "quest levels" you've completed.
So, in your case, @Shilpi_roy121 , you need to collect some more Golden Pins first in order to level up 🤗
According to your screenshot I can see that you have not completed the quest yet which means you still have to collect 8 gold pins.

Logout the game app, clear game cache, restart your device and login again. Then try to claim the points.
So, nothing happens when I click the green links. And, when I click the red X at the top right corner to go out of this and go back to my play screen, my play field is not there and I have to go out and clear everything out and go back in.
Hello, you get points for each quest you complete. So for finding the 1st piece of puzzle you have to accumulate a total of "100 points". For the 2nd "200 points" and so on. Once u collected the required number of points for finding each puzzle piece you will be given a little reward. And get a bigger reward for completing the entire puzzle of the town!
You won't be rewarded by boosters or gold for completing each quest. It goes by points u have to collect.

I have completed 2 of the quest in it and the green link is below each one that says "click to Claim" and I tap it but nothing happens.
