Help needed please. Game progress not recognised.

Question

Hi am new to forum but not CCSS. Have been playing level 1565 for days and today after finally being within reach of winning. I purchased 10 gold and passed the level. Then got message of "Experiencing a difficulty ...". When I refreshed,  back at level 1565 and 10 gold gone. Is there anything I can do to remedy this please? Cannot go through playing this level yet again or buying more gold. I should be level 1566 now 😥

@Rebsie77 Hi and welcome, I am sorry to here this has happened to you but as for passing the level all you can do with this is to replay the level again, apologies this is not the greatest news but unfortunately ther is nothing that can be done regarding this

However as you made a purchase to pass the level please contact customer support from your game and explain your issue and they should help you with this

Go to game settings, help center and send them an email or alternatively use the contact us below but you need your game ID for this
