So when I try to collect a prize for completing a price of the rebuild candy town Event,I get this Annoying message,And I checked My internet,And it was perfect,Anyone can help me with this?I can move on with the Tasks if I can’t Get the prize.
For some reason I can’t upload proof of this happening But Trust me,It’s happening for me

@Proat1shot Hi and welcome, A few people have reported issues with this feature and it is currently being looked in to.
All you can do personally is do the trouble shooting tips
Check your device is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser clear the cache.
For any missing rewards please contact customer support from your game, go to game settings, help centre and send them an email and they should help you with these

No we trust you, happened with me but log out, restart your device and recheck again. As i did it and i recieved the reward. Try to play the level and see it starts with your reward.
If not please contact player support directly from the settings of your game.

@Proat1shot if you have restarted your device and no improvement You will need to wait for the issue to be fixed and if you had any missing reward contact customer support for your game
Go to settings / cog wheel , Help center / ? and send them an email and they should help you with this
