Welcome all to the Community! The frames seem to arrive with a delay, that's why some of the screenshots we're receiving don't show the Founders' Frames, and that means we cannot add the badge to your profiles- just yet!
Some players say they had to log in and out a couple of times until they received the pop up to get their brand new frame.
