As mentioned above - the studio knows that some people are having this issue and they are working on a solution, but don't despair, the CM has said you will still be eligible to receive the badge, even if it may not be until you can finally upload your picture as proof.

@uwuangel Hi and welcome, please try clearing your internet cache and restarting your device and try again and see if you get the same error. I will tag the CM @Lola_Pop to see if they have any further information on this problem

For the rebuild candy-town promotion I took a screenshot as told and tried to upload it but it keeps telling me it’s has a 403 error code and I don’t know why is there anything I can do to fix this?

I understand your frustration! As @aijaziqbal says, we're working on it already and hope there will be a fix soon. Meanwhile please rey out the tips your fellow players gave you above these lines, they work most of the times. Try to post a picture using a second device if possible, this could help us find the issue.

And regarding the contests and the badges- please take those screenshots and keep them- we'll give you the badge even after the competitions are closed if the issue gets fixed too late 😉

Hello @Rubina24 - I hope you are enjoying your time here in the community. I have occasionally run into that error, but it usually resolves itself in a little while and then I can post pictures again. You can usually post pictures either by clicking on the picture frame below and selecting you image and clicking on open, or sometimes you can click on the image and click copy and then paste it directly in the thread.
I hope the issue clears up for you and you are able to post your pictures once again.
By the way, did you help rebuild Candy Town in the game because if you did you may be eligible to receive a special badge. Just click HERE to find out more about it and to post proof that you are a 'founder'. 😊

I can use Png and Jpg images while it worked. So you make sure to take a screenshot then you can edit screenshot (Png/Jpg) that I hope you can add your image on contest. 😊
