What happened??? Lost progress

I was offered to link my account to save my progress, I was on level 501 and after I linked my account it restarted me at level one!!! I had a ton of unlimited lives and rewards etc and was on like a 20 level good start streak... and now you’re telling me I have to start all over :(

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Try couple things. First play a level and see if it will sync. Sometimes it takes awhile. Second try log out, turn off device / clear cache, and then log back in. 🤞

If nothing work, you can contact player support from your game app. They can manually setup for you.
